I love card decks of all kinds. I’ve used them, made them for others, and created them for myself. My collection includes a vintage Brian Eno Oblique Strategies deck acquired in the late 70s, the I Ching, The Marina Abramović Method Instruction Cards, and many others. Decks are portable, practical, playful, and profound. I find their mix of tactility, randomness, wisdom, and mystery intriguing. Here’s a sampler of the decks I’ve created along the way.
